Tunnel320, together with its larger version for the treatment of profiles up to dimensions of 420X420 mm, are the top of the range of Paoloni's proposals to automate the painting and pre-finishing processes of lamellar and solid wood beams for the construction of bio-architecture houses and swooden tructures.

Thanks to its innovative indirect impregnation system, it is possible to apply products with high viscosity and high color coverage (like white for exemple) and intense pigmentation with a hybrid brushing and finishing system.

If desired, it is always possible to use the option of spraying the treatment liquid directly on the wood, simply by removing the application rollers and working like a flow coating system.

Finally, the 5 motorized finishing brushes, pressurized against the wood, can be adjusted in speed and spin direction or pressure, and are connected to variable inverters that change both the direction of rotation and their speed of revolutions per minute: it is possible to apply more or less paint and how much in any excess put in filtered recirculation.

The easy disassembly of the brushes and the system connected to the pump allow quick cleaning and color change in no more than 20 minutes at the end of the process (see videos here below).
